Telehop Welcomes New Investor

    TORONTO, Aug. 21 /CNW/ - On Tuesday, August 19, 2008, 1113589
Ontario Inc. acquired 2,344,500 common shares of Telehop Communications Inc.
(TSX. HOP) representing approximately 17.6 per cent of the total issued common
shares of Telehop. In the August 19th Press Release announcing the
acquisition, Jim Estill is shown as the authorized signing officer of 1113589.
    Hersh Spiegelman, CEO and Founder of Telehop, is pleased to welcome this
new investor and states, "I know of Jim Estill. It seems that Jim Estill
believes in our company and any input from him will be greatly appreciated.
Mr. Estill brings with him a long history of achievement in the technology
sector and we look forward to a mutually beneficial relationship that will
enhance the equity of Telehop."
    Jim Estill and Hersh Spiegelman have similar beginnings. Both
entrepreneurs started their business from nothing, Jim in the trunk of his car
and Hersh in his basement. Telehop has grown to a $20 million venture while
EMJ grew to a $350 million venture. Given this common history, Hersh
Spiegelman and the Board of Director's of Telehop look forward to any
contribution Mr. Estill could make to take Telehop to the next level of growth
