Mint Technology Corp. Announces Settlement of Lawsuit

    TORONTO, July 23 /CNW/ - Mint Technology Corp. (TSX-V: MIT) announces
that the lawsuit commenced in January 2008 against, among others, Mr. Robert
Elensky and Mr. Dean Thrasher, has been amicably resolved between the parties.
Mint regrets the inclusion of Mr. Elensky and Mr. Thrasher's names in our
press release of January 18, 2008 and apologizes for any embarrassment that
such inclusion has caused Mr. Elensky or Mr. Thrasher. The action itself has
been dismissed without costs. The balance of the terms of the settlement are,
by agreement of the parties, confidential.
