Media Advisory - Fraser Downs Racetrack and Casino Bids Farewell to Keeling

RICHMOND, BC, July 29 /CNW/ - Great Canadian Gaming Corporation ("the Company") announced today that Chuck Keeling has chosen to resign his position as Vice President, Racing Operations & General Manager of Fraser Downs Racetrack and Casino.

Mr. Keeling joined Great Canadian in 2005, when the Company completed its purchase of Orangeville Raceway Limited, which operated both Sandown Raceway on Vancouver Island and Fraser Downs in Surrey. Mr. Keeling, whose grandfather Jim Keeling Senior helped open Cloverdale Raceway in 1976, had successfully managed and co-owned Orangeville since 1996.

Mr. Keeling, who in 2009 was named Business Person of the Year by the Surrey Board of Trade, was instrumental in developing Great Canadian's position within the Canadian horseracing industry. Keeling will pursue a new opportunity outside of both gaming and horseracing, and the Company wishes him great success in his future endeavors.
